Cody Regional Health Creates Public Survey for Strategic Future

Cody Regional Health has become a vital institution in northwest Wyoming. Now, the healthcare provider wants northwest Wyoming residents to share their thoughts and desires to build a healthier future.

The leadership team at Cody Regional Health (C.R.H.) has partnered with Ovation Healthcare to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the next three years. The hospital says this is “a collaborative, stakeholder-led process that depends on input from a variety of individuals, both internal to the organization and external to the broader community.”

Ovation Healthcare is “the premier provider” of services to improve hospital and system performance. Ovation Healthcare has supported nonprofit, independent healthcare through a portfolio of shared services designed to provide scale and efficiency to hospital business operations.

To that end, C.R.H. is conducting a Community Healthcare Perception Survey to better understand healthcare in the local area and to identify key opportunities that should be addressed.

“As community members,” the introduction to the survey reads, “your feedback and knowledge is vital to ensuring we align the health system’s strategy with the unique needs of the region, and we greatly appreciate your participation. We look forward to receiving your honest feedback through this anonymous survey.”

The short survey consists of relatively simple questions that can provide valuable feedback for strategic planning.

  • What does Cody Regional Health do well in serving Park County and the Bighorn Basin residents?
  • What factors are most important when choosing where you receive healthcare services?
  •  What additional or expanded services would you like to see available in Park County?

Surveys can be admitted anonymously, but a valid zipcode is requested.
